Evidence-Based Therapy, Personalized For You
Providing expert psychological care for young adults, adolescents, and children via telehealth in 40+ states
Approach to Therapy
Evidence-Based Interventions - I believe that therapy should be grounded in interventions supported by research, including the following: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS).
Direct and Collaborative - We will work as a team, combining your expertise on your own life with my clinical training. I provide an active and engaged therapeutic presence. Rather than passive listening, you can expect objective observations, constructive challenge, and direct, actionable feedback to help you break through chronic patterns.
Creative and Personal - Therapy is as much of an art as it is a science. People do not fit into therapy manuals, and we will use our creativity to adapt research-based interventions to you and your life.
